Payment Methods and Pricing

The prices displayed on our site are in US Dollars.

All payments must be made in US Dollars, and will be processed through PayPal. You may pay for your order with a credit or debit card, or your PayPal account.

We make every attempt to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate; however, we will need to validate the price on each of your items before your order can abe processed. We also aim to display only items which are in-stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, or if the price is different than what was displayed at the time of your order, we will notify you within 2 business days of placing your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item at our discretion, or you may cancel your order for a complete refund.

Delivery

Your completed order will be dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Transit time will vary depending on your location, carrier selected, and shipping services selected. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sassy's Wardrobe for any damage in transit to uninsured packages. Additionally, Sassy's Wardrobe cannot be responsible for late arrival of your order, or any incidental or consequential damages arising as a result of your order arriving late, being damaged in transit, being lost in transit, missing or incorrect documentation, or missing items.

Returns

At Sassy's Wardrobe, we ship only the highest-quality, brand-name fashions, and we believe you will be delighted with your order; however, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us. We will make arrangements to return the product. All returns are shipped at the consumers expense. Once we have received the return item, and verified that it is in the same condition that it was shipped in, with all tags attached and intact, we will provide you with one of the following: (1) A refund of the full purchase price and shipping, less handling costs.(2) An exchange item of equal or lesser value of customer's choosing. (3) Store credit in an amount equal to the full purchase price of the item and shipping, less handling costs. Store credits may be redeemed either in-store or online.

Our Responsibility

We will not be responsible and you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sassy's Wardrobe, and waive any rights to litigation or arbitration for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or consequential loss in circumstances which are beyond our control.

We will not be responsible for and you agree hereby to not hold Sassy's Wardrobe liable for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from an action of, or negligence of Sassy's Wardrobe.

We will not be responsible and you agree hereby to not hold us liable if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and you agree to reimburse us for any loss you may cause as a result of your misuse.

We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
